We want you in the right size, not stuck with the wrong one. Here's how that works:
Sizing or changed your mind. We offer exchanges (not refunds) within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags still attached. Exchanges are subject to size/inventory availability — because RX-001 and future numbered drops are limited runs, we cannot guarantee a specific size will still be available for exchange once a drop sells out.
Defective item, or we shipped you the wrong thing. That's on us. Email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you'd rather have.
How to start an exchange or report an issue:
Items returned without contacting us first, or returned outside the 14-day window, in worn/washed condition, or without tags, may not be eligible for exchange.
RX-RC and any other digital program we sell is delivered to you instantly upon purchase, and it's backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Log in, run the protocol, and if within 14 days it's genuinely not helping you train around your shifts, email us for a full refund — your dashboard access is simply removed. The guarantee is there so you can try RX-RC risk-free; we ask that you actually use it during your 14 days, rather than accessing the full program and requesting a refund without giving it a real run.
This applies whether RX-RC is purchased on its own or as part of a bundle with apparel. (If you purchase a bundle, the apparel portion is handled under the exchange policy in Section 1, and the RX-RC portion under this 14-day guarantee.)
One honest note, because we're a small, founder-run brand: the guarantee is built for people who genuinely give RX-RC a shot and find it's not for them — not for accessing the whole program and requesting a refund the same day. We honor every good-faith refund request within 14 days, and we reserve the right to decline clear abuse. That keeps the guarantee real and sustainable for the people it's meant to protect.
What we offer instead is real support. If something about RX-RC genuinely isn't working for your schedule, your recovery, or your goals, email us — a real person reads every message, and we'll actually try to help you adjust the program rather than just pointing you to a policy.
If you need to cancel an apparel order, email us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel orders that haven't shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, it's treated under the exchange policy in Section 1. Digital product orders (RX-RC) grant access immediately and can't be "cancelled," but they're covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee in Section 2.
For sizing exchanges, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise noted at checkout. For defective items or our shipping errors, we cover all shipping costs both ways.
