These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Scrubs & Steel website, products, and digital programs (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Scrubs & Steel ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site, creating an account, or purchasing any product — including apparel or the RX-RC Clinician Recomp Protocol — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from Scrubs & Steel. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide us is accurate and complete.
Scrubs & Steel sells two general categories of products:
Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice. Limited-run apparel is sold while supplies last; once a drop sells out, we are under no obligation to restock that specific design.
When you purchase RX-RC or any other digital program from Scrubs & Steel, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own personal use. You do not own the underlying content, and this license does not grant you any ownership rights.
Strictly prohibited: copying, reproducing, distributing, reselling, sharing, sublicensing, posting publicly, or otherwise transferring any digital product — in whole or in part — to any third party, whether for free or for payment. This includes sharing login credentials, forwarding files, or posting program content to social media, forums, file-sharing services, or any other platform.
Violation of this section is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your access, and we reserve the right to pursue any remedy available to us under applicable law, including claims for copyright infringement.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of RX-RC and other digital programs are final. See Section 5 for our complete refund policy on digital products.
Shipping. Apparel currently ships within the United States only.
Exchanges. We accept exchanges on apparel for sizing or preference within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or sizing issues — only exchanges, subject to availability (limited-run items may not have all sizes available for exchange once a drop sells out).
Defects or errors. If you receive a defective item or the wrong item due to our error, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund, your choice.
Limited runs. Numbered drops (e.g. RX-001) are produced in limited quantities. We do not guarantee restocks, additional sizes, or future availability of any specific limited design.
RX-RC and other digital programs are backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee — including when purchased as part of a bundle. In a bundled order, the apparel portion follows the exchange policy above, and the RX-RC portion follows the 14-day digital guarantee (see our Refund Policy).
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, including promotional or "founding" pricing on digital programs, which may increase once a stated cohort or promotional period closes. Price changes do not affect orders already completed.
Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our third-party payment processor. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
All content on this site and within our digital products — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the Scrubs & Steel name and marks, apparel designs, the Clinical Recovery Score™ methodology, RX-RC program content, and all related materials — is the property of Scrubs & Steel and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as expressly permitted under Section 4 for your personal use of digital products you've purchased.
RX-RC and any other training, recovery, or nutrition content we provide is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician or healthcare provider. Consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise, nutrition, or recovery program, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.
You assume all risk associated with any exercise or training program you undertake based on our content. Scrubs & Steel is not liable for any injury, health complication, or other adverse outcome resulting from your use of our programs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scrubs & Steel and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, products, or digital programs, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to any digital product or account, without refund, if we determine — at our reasonable discretion — that you have violated these Terms, including the prohibition on sharing or distributing digital products in Section 4.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
