Unit & Group Orders

Shirts for your floor, your cohort, or your crew.

Everything is pressed by hand, one shirt at a time, by a working ICU nurse. That's slower than a screen-printing shop — and it's why there's no fifty-shirt minimum.

Two ways to do this. Pick whichever fits.

Option A — Bulk order

Our existing designs, at a group price. Minimum 12 shirts.

Chronically Caffeinated or Coffee IV, any mix of designs and sizes. Nothing to design, nothing to approve — we press and ship.

12–23 shirts$30 each
24–49 shirts$27 each

Free shipping. Mixed sizes S–XL at no extra cost. Turnaround 1–2 weeks.

Option B — Your unit's own design

Custom artwork. Minimum 24 shirts.

Your floor name, your crew's joke, your cohort year — drawn properly and pressed on the same heavyweight blanks. Nobody else will have it.

24–49 shirts$34 each

Design fee$125

The design fee covers artwork, two rounds of revisions, and a digital mock-up before anything is pressed. Waived on orders of 50 or more.

Already have print-ready files? The fee drops to $40 for setup and colour checks.

Free shipping. Mixed sizes at no extra cost. Turnaround 2–3 weeks from artwork approval.

What you can count on

  • A mock-up before anything is pressed. Nothing is charged until you've approved it.
  • Free shipping, tracked, on every unit order.
  • Mixed sizes at no extra cost. Send us the split and we'll sort it.
  • An honest date. Everything is pressed between shifts, so a 40-shirt order takes real evenings. We'd rather give you a date we can hit than a fast one we miss.

If you need shirts for a specific day — graduation, Nurses Week, a unit party, a retirement — say so up front and we'll tell you straight whether it's possible.

Common orders

ICU and ED floor shirts. Graduating nursing cohorts. Residency classes. Travel-nurse crews. Unit fundraisers. Night-shift teams who want something that isn't a hospital-issue polo.
