Chest is measured across, one inch below the armhole. Sleeve is from centre back. Easiest check: lay a shirt you already like flat and compare. Between sizes? The cut is boxy — size down for a closer fit.
Why 7–10 days — and when your order goes out
Personalised transfers are produced in a weekly batch, not one at a time. Here's the actual cycle:
- Orders close Sunday night. Everything placed that week goes onto one sheet.
- Monday — the batch is ordered.
- Tuesday to Thursday — transfers arrive.
- By Friday — pressed, packed and shipped.
So if you order on a Monday morning, your name goes onto the following week's sheet. That's the honest version — batching is what keeps this affordable instead of paying freight on a single sheet of vinyl. If your order ever needs to roll to the next batch, we'll email you rather than let you wonder.

DTF, not DTG
The ink keeps fine detail on black and survives the washing a working wardrobe actually gets. It flexes with the fabric instead of sitting on top and cracking.

Questions we get a lot
What size should I get?
True to size with a relaxed, roomy cut. I'm 5'9", 205 lb and wear XL for a regular fit, or L for a closer fit through the arms. Size up one for a fully oversized look. Most women size down one for relaxed, or two for fitted.
What blank do you print on?
Comfort Colors 1717 in black — 6.1 oz heavyweight 100% ring-spun cotton, side-seamed, with a curved hem. DTF printed. It runs roomier than a Gildan or Bella+Canvas at the same size label.
How fast does it ship?
1–2 business days from California, unless the product page says it's a preorder. Shipping is free on orders over $60, otherwise a flat $6.99.
How do I wash it?
Cold wash inside out, tumble dry low, and don't iron directly over the print. Do that and it stays sharp and flexible for the life of the shirt.
Who actually makes these?
One ICU nurse. Designed, pressed, packed, and shipped between shifts. Not print-on-demand, not drop-shipped, no warehouse.
