Final sale on personalised items. Free shipping · ships in 7–10 days.

Your unit. Your name. Pressed by hand.

Pick either Scrubs & Steel design, then tell us what goes underneath it — your unit, your floor, your cohort year, your crew's running joke. We add it in matching cream ink beneath the back print and press it one shirt at a time.

Same shirt as everything else here: Comfort Colors 1717, 6.1 oz heavyweight ring-spun cotton, garment-dyed, relaxed boxy cut. True to size.

How it works

  1. Choose your design and size.
  2. Type your personalisation in the box — up to 20 characters.
  3. We email you a mock-up before anything is pressed.
  4. Ships in 7–10 days.

Size guide

Measured flat, in inches. This is a final-sale product, so please check before ordering.

Size Chest Length Sleeve
S 18.25 26.6 16.25
M 20.25 28 17.75
L 22 29.4 19
XL 24 30.75 20.5

Chest is measured across, one inch below the armhole. Sleeve is from centre back. Easiest check: lay a shirt you already like flat and compare. Between sizes? The cut is boxy — size down for a closer fit.

Why 7–10 days — and when your order goes out

Personalised transfers are produced in a weekly batch, not one at a time. Here's the actual cycle:

  • Orders close Sunday night. Everything placed that week goes onto one sheet.
  • Monday — the batch is ordered.
  • Tuesday to Thursday — transfers arrive.
  • By Friday — pressed, packed and shipped.

So if you order on a Monday morning, your name goes onto the following week's sheet. That's the honest version — batching is what keeps this affordable instead of paying freight on a single sheet of vinyl. If your order ever needs to roll to the next batch, we'll email you rather than let you wonder.

Good to know

  • Final sale. Personalised shirts can't be resold or exchanged for sizing, so please check the size guide above before ordering.
  • Up to 20 characters, letters and numbers. We'll set it in the brand typeface.
  • If your text won't fit or won't read well at print size, we'll email you before pressing rather than guess.
  • Free shipping, like everything else.

Why It Holds Up

Superior quality.
Lasting comfort.

Cream vintage-distress ink pressed on Comfort Colors 1717 black

Printed and hand pressed in the USA

No factory and no middleman. Every shirt is pressed one at a time in California by the founder, a practicing ICU nurse.

Coffee IV tee worn on shift

Worn in hospitals statewide

On real nurses, through real twelve-hour shifts. Every design gets worn on the unit before it ever goes up for sale.

Heavyweight cotton with DTF-printed cream back print

Built to last

Comfort Colors 1717 — 6.1 oz heavyweight ring-spun cotton, side-seamed. DTF printed so the design flexes with the fabric instead of sitting on top of it and cracking.

Boxy oversized fit shown on both designs

All day comfort

Heavyweight cotton in a boxy, relaxed cut that only gets softer with wear. No tight sleeves, no clinging — on shift or off.

Common questions

What size should I get?

True to size with a relaxed, roomy cut. The founder is 5'9", 205 lb and wears XL for a regular fit, or L for a closer fit through the arms. Size up one for a fully oversized look. Most women size down one for relaxed, or two for fitted.

What blank do you print on?

Comfort Colors 1717 in black — 6.1 oz heavyweight 100% ring-spun cotton, side-seamed, with a curved hem. Designs are DTF printed in premium cream ink. It runs roomier than a Gildan or Bella+Canvas at the same size label.

How fast does it ship?

Everything is in stock and pressed already. Orders go out in 1–2 business days from California. Shipping is free on orders over $60, otherwise a flat $6.99.

How do I wash it?

Cold wash inside out, tumble dry low, and don't iron directly over the print. Treated that way a DTF print stays sharp and flexible for the life of the shirt.

Who actually makes these?

One person. Designed, printed, packed, and shipped by a working ICU nurse between shifts — not print-on-demand and not drop-shipped.

Can I return or exchange it?

Yes. Reach out and we'll sort out a size swap or a return — the full terms are on the refund policy page.
