Relaxed, boxy cut — order your usual size. Founder wears XL at 5'9", 205 lb; sizes down to L for a closer fit through the arms.

Cut — optional

$5.00 is added to your cart as its own line — “Boxy Crop · Cut Service”.
Cut with a fabric cutter before it ships. The edge is left raw, and it curls a little after the first wash — that's the look. Adds a day to dispatch, and it's final sale, since a cropped shirt can't go back into stock.

Caffeine, dispensed by pharmacy. An IV drip bag of 100% arabica running straight into the line — "IV Q4H PRN, may bolus if tolerated." BP hypertensive, HR tachycardic, overstimulated. The way every shift actually runs.

Cream vintage-distress ink pressed on Comfort Colors 1717 black

Printed and hand pressed in the USA

No factory and no middleman. Every shirt is pressed one at a time in California by the founder, a practicing ICU nurse.

Coffee IV tee worn on shift

Worn in hospitals statewide

On real nurses, through real twelve-hour shifts. Every design gets worn on the unit before it ever goes up for sale.

Heavyweight cotton with DTF-printed cream back print

Built to last

Comfort Colors 1717 — 6.1 oz heavyweight ring-spun cotton, side-seamed. DTF printed so the design flexes with the fabric instead of sitting on top of it and cracking.

Boxy oversized fit shown on both designs

All day comfort

Heavyweight cotton in a boxy, relaxed cut that only gets softer with wear. No tight sleeves, no clinging — on shift or off.

Common questions

What size should I get?

True to size with a relaxed, roomy cut. The founder is 5'9", 205 lb and wears XL for a regular fit, or L for a closer fit through the arms. Size up one for a fully oversized look. Most women size down one for relaxed, or two for fitted.

What blank do you print on?

Comfort Colors 1717 in black — 6.1 oz heavyweight 100% ring-spun cotton, side-seamed, with a curved hem. Designs are DTF printed in premium cream ink. It runs roomier than a Gildan or Bella+Canvas at the same size label.

How fast does it ship?

Everything is in stock and pressed already. Orders go out in 1–2 business days from California. Shipping is free on orders over $60, otherwise a flat $6.99.

How do I wash it?

Cold wash inside out, tumble dry low, and don't iron directly over the print. Treated that way a DTF print stays sharp and flexible for the life of the shirt.

Who actually makes these?

One person. Designed, printed, packed, and shipped by a working ICU nurse between shifts — not print-on-demand and not drop-shipped.

Can I return or exchange it?

Yes. Reach out and we'll sort out a size swap or a return — the full terms are on the refund policy page.
